Learn to run an industrial robot without a robot. This is the Robotics lab. Start safe. Prove the stops work, then reset the arm and send it home. Pick up the teach pendant. In T1 mode, hold the enabling device and jog slowly. Teach the home, pick and place points, then build the waypoint table. Run it step by step first. Only then switch to automatic and start the cell. The guards, the light curtain and the PLC handshake are part of the job. There are eight levels, from a safe start to palletising and fault finding. It is practice for students and technicians, with no robot to buy. Each ends in an automatic acceptance test. Open the Robotics lab free.
