Transcript
Work on a water skid in 3D. This is the Process lab, free. Read the drawing first, and click the right instrument every time. A transmitter sends 4 to 20 milliamps to the PLC. Connect the calibrator. Calibrate against a reference. Five points as found, adjust, then prove it as left. Then tune the level loop. Change the setpoint and watch the tank level follow. Stroke-test a control valve, and find which way it fails. Eight jobs on one skid, ending with a site acceptance test and fault finding. It suits students, apprentices and technicians learning loops and instruments. Each ends in an automatic acceptance test. Open the Process lab free.
